Bathroom fitting · renovation · repair
We plan, strip out, waterproof, tile and fit complete bathrooms — and we come back for the small jobs too. One accountable team, a fixed written quote and a finish you will still be happy with in ten years.
Bath Mend
A bathroom is the most technical room in the house. Water, steam, electrics, drainage and daily wear all meet in a few square metres, so the parts you never see matter as much as the tiles you choose.
That is why every Bath Mend project starts with a proper survey and a written scope. We check the falls, the pipework and the walls before we price anything, and we tell you plainly what needs fixing now and what can wait.
Itemised scope, agreed materials and a price that does not drift once work begins.
Our services
Whether you need a full transformation or a dripping tap sorted properly, the same standards apply: protect the home, fix the cause, leave it clean.
Complete strip-out and rebuild, from new pipework and waterproofing to tiling, fitting and finishing.
Supply-and-fit or fit-only installation of showers, vanities, WCs, baths, taps and accessories.
Leaks, blocked drains, loose tiles, failed seals, weak showers and faulty flushes traced and fixed.
Planned servicing visits that keep grout, seals, valves and ventilation in good working order.
Craft & method
Our fitters, tilers and plumbers work as one crew, so nothing falls between trades. The person who sets out your tiles talks to the person who positions your valves — which is how you get centred grout lines, level shower trays and taps exactly where your hands expect them.
How it works
No guesswork and no surprise invoices. You will always know what happens next, who is on site and when the room will be back in use.
Step 01
We measure the room, check pipe routes, drainage falls and wall condition, and listen to how you use the space.
Step 02
Layout options, tile and fixture choices with samples, and clear advice on what suits your budget and water pressure.
Step 03
An itemised quote, a start date and a day-by-day plan so you can arrange the household around the work.
Step 04
Old fittings out, floors protected, new supply and waste pipework installed, and walls prepared for waterproofing.
Step 05
Wet zones tanked and flood-tested, then tiles set out from the centre line for balanced cuts and even grout.
Step 06
Fixtures fitted, every joint pressure-checked, the room cleaned, and a walk-through with care notes for you.
Recent work
Family bathroom
A tired single-basin room reworked into a calm, bright space for a busy household. New supply lines, a twin vanity with soft-close drawers, large-format porcelain with matched veining and round mirrors set exactly on the basin centres.
Ensuite upgrade
The bath came out to make room for a generous walk-in shower with a low-profile tray, recessed niche and frameless glass. Warm wall lighting and fitted cabinetry keep everyday clutter out of sight.
Shared bathroom
A wall-hung WC, slim double basin and a single sheet of glass instead of a cubicle opened the room up. Concealed cisterns and pipework mean every surface is quick to clean.
Why homeowners choose us
Most bathroom problems start with a shortcut nobody could see on handover day. We build the hidden layers properly so the visible finish lasts.
Floor protection from the door to the room, dust sheets on doorways and a clean sweep at the end of every working day.
Shower and bath zones are tanked and flood-tested before a single tile goes on, so leaks never reach the floor below.
A dedicated project lead answers your calls, manages every trade and keeps you updated with photos as work progresses.
Every installation is covered by our written workmanship guarantee, and manufacturer warranties are registered in your name.

Good questions
Clear answers before you commit. If your question is not here, call us — we would rather explain on the phone than leave you guessing.
A typical family bathroom takes between ten and fifteen working days from strip-out to handover. Larger rooms, structural changes or made-to-order items can extend that, and your written schedule will show every stage before we start.
For a full renovation the room is out of use, so we plan the toilet change-over to keep the time without facilities as short as possible. Repairs and fitting jobs usually leave the room usable the same evening.
Both work. We can supply everything through our trade suppliers, or fit products you have chosen yourself. If you buy your own, we check specifications first so that valves, wastes and fixings match the room.
Yes. Your quote lists the agreed scope and materials. The only time it changes is if you ask for something extra or we uncover a hidden defect — and in that case we show you the problem and price it in writing before doing the work.
Every job is covered by our written workmanship guarantee, and product warranties are registered in your name. If something we installed is not right, we come back and put it right.
