Leaks, blockages, cracked tiles, failed seals and temperamental showers — diagnosed honestly and repaired to last.
Repair visits
A slow drip behind a panel can soak a floor for months before anyone notices. A gap in silicone lets water into the wall every time the shower runs. Most bathroom damage begins with something small that was easy to fix at the start.
Our repair technicians arrive with the tools and common spare parts to solve most problems on the first visit. We trace the source, show you what we found and agree the cost with you before carrying out the repair.
Common problems
If your problem is not listed, describe it when you get in touch. Chances are we have fixed it before.
Leaking taps, valves, wastes, trays and hidden supply joints traced and repaired.
Slow basins, showers and baths cleared, with traps cleaned and wastes re-sealed.
Damaged tiles carefully removed and replaced, with the substrate checked first.
Mouldy or cracked joints raked out and renewed with water-resistant materials.
Pressure, flow and temperature problems diagnosed at the valve and head.
Fill valves, flush valves, seals and buttons repaired or replaced.
Extractor fans checked, cleaned or replaced, and ventilation improved.
Loose basins, vanities, WCs and rails re-fixed securely to the wall or floor.
Found a leak?
These simple steps limit damage and help us diagnose the problem faster when we arrive.
01
Turn off the isolation valve on the fixture if there is one, or the main stop valve if water is spreading.
02
Move belongings, lay towels and place a container under the drip. If water is near electrics, switch them off at the board.
03
Pictures of the leak, stains on ceilings and the area around the fixture help us arrive with the right parts.
04
Avoid covering the problem with fresh silicone. It hides the source and can trap water inside the wall.
