Bath Mend was built around a simple idea: one accountable crew for planning, plumbing, waterproofing, tiling and fitting — so nothing is left between trades.
Our story
Many of the calls we answered in our early years were not for new bathrooms. They were for bathrooms that had been finished only a year or two before — showers leaking into ceilings, tiles lifting, wastes that never drained properly. In almost every case the visible finish looked fine. The problem was underneath.
Bath Mend exists to do those hidden layers properly. We plan every room from the drainage up, waterproof before we tile, and test before we close anything in. It takes a little longer on the day. It saves our clients a great deal of trouble afterwards.
Today the same approach runs through everything we do, from complete renovations to a single replaced mixer valve. If we would not accept it in our own homes, it does not leave our hands.
What we stand for
These are not slogans on a van. They are the checks our project leads sign off before a bathroom is handed back to you.
01
If a repair will do, we say so. If a renovation is the better investment, we explain why in plain language and in writing.
02
Correct falls, correct fixings and correct sealants. Doing it properly once is cheaper than doing it quickly twice.
03
Protected floors, dust control and a tidy site every evening. We work as guests in your home, not as strangers.
04
A named project lead, a written schedule and photo updates, so you are never left wondering what is happening.
How we work
Good bathrooms are built in a sequence, and every stage has a test. Our crew follows the same documented method on every job so the quality does not depend on who happens to be on site that day.
The crew
Plan the work, order materials, manage the schedule and stay your single point of contact from survey to handover.
Re-route supply and waste pipework, fit concealed valves and cisterns, and commission every outlet before closing up.
Set out walls and floors from the centre line, cut cleanly around fixtures and finish with even, sealed grout joints.
Install vanities, glass, accessories and trims, then complete the silicone, touch-ups and final clean.
“We judge a bathroom by how it looks after five years of daily use — not by how it looks in the handover photos.”

A site survey costs you nothing and gives you a clear, itemised plan — whether you go ahead with us or not.
